My Initial Years!

First of all, let's rewind twenty years back to when I was just five years old, the moment where I first felt the stirrings of leadership, sparked by a simple interaction with my father.

I remember sitting outside the Hydropower Plant where my father served as a Project Manager. As I watched him in action, leading and managing with grace and confidence, I couldn't help but feel a sense of empowerment. In a moment of childish innocence, I turned to my father and said, "I want to work like you, wearing a suit!" My father then laughed, but little did I know then that it held a deeper truth.
